Its objective is equal opportunity for those people in the community in access to activities in the network of visiting sites; allowing residents to learn about the management problems faced by the sector and the opportunities for their contribution as an integral and fundamental part of the Galápagos socio-ecosystem. In the future, this seeks to generate the opportunity to profile the connection of young people who, upon knowing the sector, wish to get involved in it, which would benefit both the tourism sector and the local community.
This is an educational program designed for the local Galapagos community to live the experience of getting to know the islands of their archipelago aboard navigable cruises that offer their tourist services on the islands.
During 2023, 208 people have been benefited with unique experiences on board our vessels. We invite you to participate, since the success of this program will depend on the interest and support of each shipowner.
